Poster Session 2: 1:00-2:15pm (Setup 12-1pm)
Poster Presentations: Madison Union Ballroom (5th floor of former Warren Hall)
Oral Presentations: Madison Union 203 (formerly Taylor)
Submit your registration by Monday, April 3 at midnight for full consideration.
Submit your poster for printing by Monday, April 10 at 5pm (email to
Indicate all of the sessions for which you are available to present your poster. You will be notified by email about which session you are assigned.

(Posters are generally built as 48"w x 36"h PowerPoint slides)
Yes - Needed for just the symposium (reprints of prior posters for new data/damage click here).
Yes - Needed for a conference before the symposium. If selected, please enter the date of the other event here. Please preserve and reuse your poster at the symposium if possible.
No - Reusing poster from prior conference that has already been printed previously.

Suggestions for poster creations: Posters are typically built in PowerPoint. Set page size to our standard size 36"h x 48"w for best results. Avoid heavy use of color for ink conservation (e.g. background). Photos/graphics used in posters should be previewed at 100% to be sure they will print well.
