Thank you for your interest in becoming a Greening Your Event Partner! Please refer to the following checklist of environmental stewardship practices for JMU meetings, events and conferences and report the actions you will take/have taken for your event by selecting the corresponding check boxes. This worksheet should take no more than 5 minutes to complete.
Criteria: The checklist offers environmental stewardship practices in six categories:
1. Paper,
2. Waste/Nonessential Items,
3. Catering/Food,
4. Transportation,
5. Energy, and
6. Communications.
Partners must demonstrate efforts in at least FOUR of the six categories. Most items in the checklist are optional, but a select few are required, as indicated by an (*).
