Mandatory training will take place between Aug. 11 and Aug. 15. Training will involve a 1 hour overview session and 4-8 hours of training in your designated area (Four hours for front desk and lab training or eight hours for clinical training (Gen Med or Urgent Care).

I am willing to volunteer the assigned four hour shift each week at UHC for a minimum commitment of two consecutive semesters. (Thursday AM shift is 3 hours.)
I understand that if I am selected for an interview, my interview will be held on May 6 in person.
I understand that if I am selected, I must complete the required online training prior to Aug. 20.
I understand that if I am selected, I must be available for on-site training during select hours of the following dates: Aug. 11 - Aug. 15.
I understand that if I am selected, I must purchase and wear all black scrubs (top and bottom) during training and during my assigned shift.
